Grading
New – Item is brand new and never used.
Grade A - Like new, no damage to the part's surface. May have very minor scratches
Grade B - Could have some light scratches or small blemishes
Grade C - Can have deeper scratches and/or dents that do not affect the fitting of the part

Delivery:

Free UK delivery is included in our prices. We have options for express delivery on the checkout page. 

Orders placed before 4pm on a weekday will be shipped same day. 

Orders placed after 4pm or on a weekend will be shipped the following working day.

Return and Refund:

·       All our items come with 14 days peace of mind guarantee where you can request full refund (if item not used) or exchange.

·       If product arrives damaged, you need to notify us within 48 hours with description and pictures.

·       If the item is in its original packaging and not used, we will refund in full.

·       If item has failed, we will replace the item with a new one where possible, where not possible we will offer refund.

·       Please note that the return postage is payable by the customer.

·       All refunds are processed after we receive the products back.
