FIXgenie Warranty Policy

Manufacturer Warranty

All products sold by FIXgenie come with a manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty period for each product is clearly stated in the product description. This warranty covers faults or defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

You have two options if your product develops a fault within its warranty period:

  1. Contact the Manufacturer Directly

    • Most manufacturers provide dedicated support for warranty claims.

    • Instructions and contact details are often included with your product or available on the manufacturer’s website.

    • In many cases, contacting the manufacturer directly is the fastest way to resolve your issue.

  2. Return Your Item to FIXgenie

    • You may also choose to return your item to us, and we will handle the warranty process with the manufacturer on your behalf.

    • Please email us at support@fixgenie.com with your order number, product details, and a description of the issue before sending your item.

    • Once we receive your return, we will send the product to the manufacturer for inspection and repair or replacement as per their warranty terms.

Please Note:

  • Processing Time:
    Manufacturer warranty claims can take some time to process.
    We cannot issue a replacement or refund until the manufacturer has inspected the item and authorized the next steps. In some cases, this may take several weeks.

  • Condition of Returned Items:
    Items must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.

  • Shipping Costs:
    You are responsible for return shipping costs to FixGenie. If the claim is approved, we will return the repaired or replaced item to you at no extra charge.

Exclusions

  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

  • Please refer to the individual manufacturer’s warranty for full details and exclusions.
