All products sold by FIXgenie come with a manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty period for each product is clearly stated in the product description. This warranty covers faults or defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
You have two options if your product develops a fault within its warranty period:
Contact the Manufacturer Directly
Most manufacturers provide dedicated support for warranty claims.
Instructions and contact details are often included with your product or available on the manufacturer’s website.
In many cases, contacting the manufacturer directly is the fastest way to resolve your issue.
Return Your Item to FIXgenie
You may also choose to return your item to us, and we will handle the warranty process with the manufacturer on your behalf.
Please email us at support@fixgenie.com with your order number, product details, and a description of the issue before sending your item.
Once we receive your return, we will send the product to the manufacturer for inspection and repair or replacement as per their warranty terms.
Processing Time:
Manufacturer warranty claims can take some time to process.
We cannot issue a replacement or refund until the manufacturer has inspected the item and authorized the next steps. In some cases, this may take several weeks.
Condition of Returned Items:
Items must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.
Shipping Costs:
You are responsible for return shipping costs to FixGenie. If the claim is approved, we will return the repaired or replaced item to you at no extra charge.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
