If you have an issue or question that needs attention, just send us an email and our team will respond as quickly as possible-usually within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).
Orders & Shipping
Orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00pm, on weekends, or bank holidays are shipped the next business day.
We currently ship to UK addresses only. For international shipping requests, please contact our support team for a custom quote.
As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can also track your order here using your order number and email address.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to update your delivery details.
We offer a range of standard and express shipping services at checkout. Options and prices depend on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Simply contact our support team to start your return.
Contact our UK-based support team with your order number and the item you wish to return. We’ll guide you through the process.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Your bank may take additional time to credit your account.
Please contact us immediately with your order details and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Yes, all our products are brand new, 100% genuine, and sourced from authorised UK distributors.
The live stock status is shown on each product page. If an item is out of stock, you won’t be able to add it to your cart.
If you’re looking for a specific part or accessory that’s not listed, please get in touch. We may be able to order it for you.

Yes, VAT invoices are automatically sent by email after purchase. If you need a duplicate, just contact us.
We currently do not offer financing or payment plans. Payment is required in full at checkout.
